Mar 17, 2014- Mindfulness and Concentration are The Keys
Can we train our creative ideas to perform quickly and
efficiently?
Today I would like to address the two main principles that I
always spend my time practicing my creativity’s true potential. In fact, these
principles enable me to managing my daily life in doing things with happiness.
Both of the primary ways of approaching the success and the happiness in my
work and my life are mindfulness and concentration, the systematic wisdom brain
empowerment.
To be mindful, you should aware how to slow your life when
you need it. Obviously, if you move too fast, you cannot connect to every steps
you have or control your movement. As for me, one of major ways to practice
mindfulness is to observe five Buddhist precepts; the basic code of conduct for
Buddhist that will guide us to do and speak in the right ways as well as to help
us adopt the right view toward the world. This essence of Buddhism empowers
people's wisdom brain while slowing their lives to aware systematically of what
is happening to their mind and body, moment by moment.
Here, the five Buddhist precepts are;
1. To refrain from killing or hurting of living beings;
2. To refrain from stealing or taking what is not given;
3. To refrain from sexual misconduct such as adultery;
4. To refrain from lying;
5. To refrain from taking intoxicants.
Anyone who observes the five Buddhist precepts will constantly
conscious their mind and their body at the present. In my view, when we are
fully conscious our five sense organs: Eyes, Ears, Nose, Tongue, and Skin, we
will harm no one because we can control our thought and transform the negative
thinking and actions into a positive force of becoming a wiser in creating
connections with others and a compassionate person.
Yet, to have creative ideas to perform quickly and
efficiently, mindfulness is not enough. As a whole, mindfulness does not work isolation. For peak
performance in creativity, the power of concentration as a booster for a good
consciousness in your dairy discipline will maximize the abilities to scope the
flow of your thought as well as to keep your brain on the spot. Then, you will
perceive the boundary of creativity.
To be continued.
